NEW DELHI, INDIA | JULY 1, 2026 — Marking a transformative milestone for international energy diplomacy and clean-tech innovation, the Global Biofuels Alliance (GBA) has officially inaugurated its premier human capital initiative: the Global Biofuel Champion Fellowship (GBCF) Program.
